basically a sudoku solver is a program that will automatically solve your sudoku puzzle for you. You enter in the digits of your unsolved grid, hit start and presto in a few seconds the completed puzzle will appear in front of your eyes.
Now clearly this is a super fast way to solve a sudoku as it just takes a few seconds to input some numbers. But than what is the point in doing the puzzle in the first place? Part of the joy in playing sudoku is the challenge to solve a difficult problem using only your mind and pure logic.
